BreadHaus is a family-owed, retail bakery specializing in artisan breads and sweets.
Petra & Mark Lively and staff make all of our breads and sweets from scratch using ORGANIC flours, grains, and seeds. Our hearth breads are shaped by hand and baked directly on the oven floor in our deep deck European oven and contain no added sugar, fat, dairy or eggs. We use a long fermentation process to make our breads which means we begin three to four days out from baking with a natural starter we make with flour and water and build slowly to a delicious loaf of bread. For those sweet items that contain eggs, we use cage-free chicken eggs.
We truly care about our environment and the quality of our products and have been baking in Grapevine since 1996.
