Every loaf is made with 100% organic ingredients, no commercial yeast, and absolutely no preservatives or artificial additives.

BreadHaus Frisco Is Open
After nearly three decades baking in Grapevine, our second BreadHaus is now open at 1606 FM 423, Suite 400, Frisco, TX 75033 — in the Main Marketplace center near FM 423 and King Road. Same organic flour, same live sourdough starter, same 24–72 hour fermentation. Just a lot closer to home if you live on Frisco's west side.
For years our Frisco, Little Elm, and The Colony customers made the drive down to Grapevine. Now the bread comes to them — naturally leavened sourdough, authentic German rye, hand-rolled Bavarian pretzels, brötchen, and European pastries, baked fresh every morning in small batches.

BreadHaus was born from a simple passion: to bring authentic European artisan bread to the heart of Texas. Located in historic Grapevine, our organic bakery has served the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex since 1996 with traditional, naturally leavened breads that honor centuries-old baking techniques. We're the go-to artisan bakery for customers in Grapevine, Southlake, Colleyville, and across the DFW area — and in 2026 we opened our second bakery in Frisco, TX.

We use only 100% organic ingredients, allow our dough to ferment naturally over extended periods, and refuse to take shortcuts with commercial yeast or chemical additives. We absolutely 100% LOVE this old fashioned, traditional bakery. We drive over 170 miles to come specifically here. We get the salzstangen, pretzels, sourdough, oatmeal, streusel and so much more.
